Location and Time:
In the Pines Music Festival will be held at the Chatom Community Center in Chatom, Alabama
on Saturday, May 12, 2012. The festival will open at 11AM and end at 10PM. All vendors should
be set up no later than 9:30AM. All loading and unloading vehicles must be out of the vendor
area by 9:30AM. Vendors are welcome to set up on Friday, May 11, 2012.
Entry & Deadline:
All applications should be turned in by May 2, 2012 at 5:00PM. There is a $100 charge for
vendors to set up at the festival. This fee includes TWO vendor passes. Festival tickets must be
purchased for any additional individuals who will be assisting with your booth at $20 per ticket.
*A late fee of $10 will be charged for any exhibitors signing up after the due date. A late fee of
$20 will be charged for any exhibitors that pay on the day of the event.*
Additional Terms and Conditions:
1. All vendors must stay until 5PM. If you choose to leave at 5PM, you must park outside the
festival grounds after unloading at 9:30AM. You will have access to your vehicle but it will
not be inside the festival gates. You will be unable to bring your vehicle inside the gates until all
festival attendees have cleared the grounds. There will be golf carts and ATV’s available to assist
with the transport of your goods. Each exhibit must be manned at all times during the festival
hours.
2. All exhibitors must provide their own display booths, canopies, chairs, tents, etc. and should
be prepared for inclement weather. If you have a canopy or awning, it must be secured by weights.
3. Booths must be placed in the designated space and no booths can be changed. Exhibitors must
confine themselves to their 12’ x 12’ space, leaving walkways clear for the public and security
purposes.
4. All food vendors are encouraged to bring generators. All vendors must bring their own extension
cords and material for securing any cords in place so they are not a hazard to the public attending
the festival. Make sure that all extension cords are long enough to reach the power source.
5. State law requires that a sales tax be collected on all sales. Forms will be provided to you on the
day of the festival and an agent may collect the taxes from you on the day of the festival.
